The new PCSE Grant Reporting structure aims to seamlessly capture grantees’ progress, as well as provide a set of reflections that can be helpful for future funding applications.

Grant Reporting Deadline Overview

  • August 20-27th - Check In Call (book via Calendly).

    November 1st - Report #1

    May 10th - Report #2

    Note: the second round of NVA funding will be disbursed after Report #1 is received.

  • If received during Fall Semester:

    May of Spring Semester: Check In Meeting (book via Calendly).

    Report: Due May 10th, Midnight of Spring Semester

    If received during Spring Semester:

    Report: Due August 27th, Midnight

    September of Fall Semester: Check In Meeting (book via Calendly).

  • August - Check In Meeting (book via Calendly).

    September 10th - Report Due by email to abadr@wesleyan.edu. Report Instructions are here.

  • Reports due one month after completion of the experience.

  • If received during Round 1 - Fall Semester (November 28th Application Deadline):

    February of Spring Semester: Check In Meeting (book via Calendly).

    Report: Due May 10th, Midnight of Spring Semester

    If received during Round 2 - Spring Semester (May 5th Application Deadline):

    Report: Due August 27th, Midnight

    September of Fall Semester: Check In Meeting (book via Calendly).

  • For all other funding, reports are due two months after the completion of the engagement.
